I recently found a great one bedroom apartment for one of my client.
The contract is now fully executed and we are waiting for the board approval to schedule the closing.
My client is so excited that he wanted to go back to the apartment just to see it again, even though he is not technically the owner yet. We went this morning and we were amazed by the views. We remembered the skyline views were impressive, but still… It is kind of mesmerizing to see them on a beautiful day like today.
I couldn’t resist, I had to take some shots!!
