The New York apartment photographed today was a very cute one bedroom unit on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, in New York city.
Like the vast majority of NY apartments, it is not very large, but the layout is very smartly optimized.
The result is a very cozy and nicely furnished apartment, with beautiful red brick walls and dark hardwood floors throughout the unit.
The modern kitchen has brand new appliances (including a huge oven and a dishwasher), a granite counter with bar stools, a window and a round wooden table.
Recently renovated, this is a true gem in an amazing Neighborhood.
