Recent apartment photographer work: Room for rent on the Upper West Side of New York City

Today my New York Apartment Photographer adventures took me to the Upper West Side of Manhattan.
The goal was to shoot a room for rent in a roommate share apartment. The furnished room to rent is spacious, quiet, and has two windows.
It comes with A/C, WiFi and the tenant would have access to a large kitchen / lounge area with a dining table, a couch and even a washer / dryer.
A great option for a student or a young professional on a budget in New York City!
